Congolese Gourmet Chef Dieweil Malonga Is Taking African Cuisine To The Next Level

Dieuveil Malonga, born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised in Germany, is the founder of Chefs in Africa, an online platform created to cultivate the culinary passion found in Africa.
Malonga’s network connects government institutions and business with professional chefs and apprentices looking for experience in the field. The platform has over 4000 African chefs as members: it helps the contact between its members, industry agents, hotels, and local producers.

Malonga is one of the 10 top chefs to have made it to the final list of the Basque Culinary World Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in the culinary world.
